TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE SOLAR PROJECTION AND ESTIMATE

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of a solar projection and estimate ("Service") by Bondfield Electrical Services LTD ("Company") to the customer ("Customer"). By accepting the Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Service

The Service includes an estimate of the potential solar energy generation and savings that the Customer may achieve by installing a solar system. The estimate is based on the information provided by the Customer, such as the location of the property, roof orientation, and shading, and is for informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the estimate, and the Customer acknowledges that the actual energy generation and savings may vary depending on various factors beyond the Company's control.

 

Eligibility

The Service is available only to customers who own or have the legal right to install a solar system on the property. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Service to any customer who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

 

Fees

The Service is provided to the Customer free of charge. However, if the Customer decides to proceed with the installation of a solar system, the Company may provide a separate quote for the installation and related services, and the Customer will be responsible for paying the fees as agreed.

 

Data Protection

The Customer agrees that the Company may collect, process, and store their personal data for the purposes of providing the Service and any related services. The Company will handle the personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy, which can be found on its website.

 

Intellectual Property

The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Service and any related materials, such as reports, designs, and software, belong to the Company. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any such materials without the Company's prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

The Customer acknowledges that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Service.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Modification and Termination

The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on its website. The Customer's continued use of the Service after any such modifications will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. The Company may terminate the Service at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
